- All LED packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Unlimited LED Memberships are valid for 12 weeks from the first treatment date and cannot be extended.
- Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, or the session will be forfeited.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in the session being deducted from your package.
- Packages cannot be shared between clients.
- Results may vary, and consistency is key for optimal results.
- Waterfall Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
